This local race is a fun way to be active, and enjoy the Taylorsville Dayzz festivities with your whole family.
Once again Taylorsville City is sponsoring this race as a way for families to get out and be active and have fun together. Those who have run this race before know what a great event this is. The 5K course is the same beautiful route as last year. The kids race is a great way for little ones to start a love of running and being active early.
This years 5K and kids run promises to be fun for the whole family, with chip timing and a great finish line. Finish line will include medals for all runners, prize money, food and much more. This race will be a great way to start off a Saturday full of Taylorsville Dayzz excitement.
For a full list of Taylorsville Dayzz events, visit www.taylorsvilledayzz.com.
The kids race is less that 1/2 miles long and will start and end in the same location as the 5K. The kids race will be run on the paved trail in the park and spectators will be able to see children throughout the entire kids run.
